Let's talk a bit about fall and it's fabulous changes to our wardrobes! I'm always mesmerized with the emphasis and excitement that "Fall Fashion" week brings. It's exciting to see the unveiling of what's going to be "in" for the upcoming season... And this time around I actually like what I'm seeing, how about you? This year I'm really in awe of the accessorizing for the season. Let's be honest, I don't always agree with what I see or like it for that matter but, I will say it's fun to see what the designers come up with and a few snazzy numbers that I'd love the Fashion Fairy to "add" to my closet and I'm sure you would too, right? Right.
Oh, and let me point out why I'm very much liking the accessories for this season because I'm trying to budget savvy with adding to my wardrobe this fall. I think economically I'll be able to add staple pieces and/or statement accessories on a budget to and add emphasis of the new fall fashion to my current and somewhat older wardrobe. Pretty good idea, right?
Another tidbit for fall fashion is that I really can't enjoy it all, the sweaters, until about November. I live here in the Valley of the Sun or as you might know it better as Tempe, Arizona. The weather needs to cool down a bit before I can fully enjoy it. However, I do like it the falls and most definitely but, I do miss the "true" sense of fall fashion. But, I will rock the fashion as much as I can without burning up, literally. Yes, funny, I know. But, oh so true.
Alright, let me lay out for you what I'm liking so far... Can I get a "yes" for the animal prints? More specifically, a yes for cheetah. Yes! Geometric shaped statement jewelry, yes please! A very shiny rhinestone cuff. Platform booties, double yes. We all need a black statement clutch, don't we now? Now, I see skinny belts are in however, I'm not sure that I can rock it as well as some of you ladies. But, I will say this I'd probably give it a try. Yes, I'm branching out and that's pretty brave on my part. Oh, but I will tell you that I am most definitely going to buy a faux fur vest...oh, yes I am! And I might just need to buy a few flowy silk blouses for work. Uh-huh...

I hope you have a wonderful Friday. I'm heading home after work for laundry, cleaning, and disk 2 of Dexter (season 5). And Saturday morning I'm going to see Contagion. Sunday morning I'm hitting Michael's for their fabulous sale and then off to my sister's house for their Annual Football Sunday Kick-off Party and Eric's chili. Yeah baby!
