Stephanie (vocals/keyboards) and Andrew (drums) are Fascinations Grand Chorus, a duo sharing a love for The Misfits and 1910 Fruitgum Company. The sound of the latter was a huge inspiration for their new single When You Make Up Your Mind, a nod to the sunny sound of the Sixties West Coast psychedelic pop, with lots of echo of on the vocals, smart use of syncopation and an irresistible back beat.
The belated Summer song serves as a taster for their forthcoming EP Welcome. The video was directed by Kelli McGuire.
