We are a CrossFit family.
That’s the beauty of my new favorite passtime – whether you’re 51 (like my husband) or 6 years of age (like my littlest man), the Crossfit community has a place for you.
It’s not for the faint-hearted, of course. With a tagline of “Your workout is our warm up” you know you’re in for a good beating when you enter the gym, but where else would the entire membership stop and pose for a ‘family’ photo?
All four of us are in this picture, sweaty and happy, and a LOT fitter than we were 12 months ago.
