Top, Top, Palette, Mom Jeans, Skirt, Boots, Courts, Lipstick, Nail Polish, Rings, Satchel, CandlesI do love a good wish list, even if I never get any of the stuff on it. It's a bit like filling your baskets up on online shopping websites, it feels just a bit more likely that one day you will just magically wake up and find it all sitting in your wardrobe. Is that just me? yes. Okay I'll stop talking. Anyway, with autumn coming around I wanted to make a list of all the little bits that would make my wardrobe complete and in doing so came up with the image above which I thought was so nice I just had to share with all of you!
For about a year now, and especially since getting into blogging I have been loving scented candles and especially around this time of year when it is starting to get colder they seem almost like an essential. One brand that I have always wanted to try the candles is from Bath and Body Works. Unfortunately, these are such a pain to get hold of in the U.K and the prices on eBay seem to be a bit of a rip off. It also means that I can't smell them *insert sad face here* so instead it seems as though I have just chosen to buy the whole shop haha. If any of you come from America I would love to know which ones are you favourite!
Considering I have recently just cleaned out all my draws (more on this in another post) and found a whole raft of products that I haven't used for ages, this probably isn't the best time to be thinking about buying more makeup. However, that doesn't stop me from dreaming! Ever since seeing Amelia's post about the new Bobbi Brown makeup range I have been lusting after this palette. The colours look great for everyday wear to something more dramatic and it has a good combination of shimmers and mattes. I'm pretty sure there are at least a couple of colours I have near identical dupes to though so I may have to test that out first! Next, this deep blue offering from Butter London is seriously calling to my nails, the perfect autumn shade? Probably. Finally, one lipstick that I think every blogger lusts over around this time of year, MAC's Rebel, with a berry tone that looks much brighter and more fuchsia when swatched (thank goodness because it looks kind of scary in the bullet!) a shade that suits every skin tone.
As I mentioned earlier, as well as cleaning out my drawers I have gone through my wardrobes and cleaned a lot of it out, getting rid of the things that I never wear. My style has changed a lot through the past year and I am now a lot more of a monochrome kinda-gal as I find it makes it so much easier to put together an outfit and you can through on statement jewelry and accessories to make everything complete. The main thing I am lacking at the moment is basics so I chose some loose tees and a skater skirt that can go with anything. Another thing I am really lusting over at the moment are Mom jeans, which I think can work for a really casual look, or also look amazing paired with some court heels, such as the Zara ones pictured.
