Everyone loves a great wedge. They manage to give you all the benefit of a heel {elongating, added height}, and they are a million times easier to walk in. The wedge may not be new per se, but what I am loving this fall is a wedge that seems to sort of melt into the rest of the boot; when it's hard to tell where the boot ends and the wedge begins. This particular type of wedge is the most leg-elongating of them all. Wedges are notoriously more comfortable than it's high-heel counterparts. Walk-ability is a MUST in the cold weather months because there is nothing worse than taking an epic fall resulting in a shoe related injury. I'm willing to suffer for fashion, but I draw the line at a broken leg!
