Set to open mid-June in 2014, the new Fair Oaks Farms Steakhouse Restaurant in Fair Oaks, Indiana will boast what Fair Oaks Farms is calling “American Farm Cuisine.” Consider your typical favorite Hoosier comfort food and you are probably right on target–as well as gluten-free options! With hopes to use food grown at the farm or other local farms, they are putting the focus on Midwest food!
“Transparency” is the name of the game–and certainly stressed on the Fair Oaks Steakhouse informational video below. Much like folks seeing inside the barn at Fair Oaks, diners will be able to see inside the kitchen due to a central location and glass enclosure. With plans to include tours before or after lunch, you can really get up close and personal! A wrap around porch will let you enjoy pleasant Indiana weather.
Some folks point to the whisperings of a hotel and even an indoor waterpark! While there’s been no definite word on the matter, that hasn’t ended the mutterings. Still, the new steakhouse at Fair Oaks Farms in Fair Oaks, Indiana will certainly be a popular addition to an already bustling Jasper County attraction!
