Facebook has rolled out a new update for its’ official Android app, which brings a feature that Facebook users have been asking for a long time: the ability to save photos to their phone. Before this, users had to use a third-party app to download photos from Facebook. But now, thanks to this new update, users can download photos from the photo viewer, safely to their phone. Facebook Mobile team officially announced the news via its’ Facebook page.
In addition, this update has fixed several bugs, along with the one that caused “News Feed to show blank spaces where there should have been photos.” New and updated app is now available on Google Play.
