What better day to celebrate these little things than the best day of the week? So, here are the things that make this a Fabulous Friday for me this week.

We made it through another week of “What the hell is the president doing?” Somehow.
- Alt-POTUS 45 – Amid the dark that is Washington D.C. and our current administration, there arises one shining bright light to provide us with hope. Hope that this is nothing but a nightmare, that we are in the Upside-Down and someone is going to come and rescue us. This shining beacon is the Twitter account for Alt-POTUS 45. I live for these tweets.
- The weather – February in southern Wisconsin usually involves miserable weather. Dark, gloomy, dirty snow and slush. It is the kind of weather everyone hates about winter. We haven’t had snow for a while this year, but that didn’t stop January from being dark and gloomy. Then this week happened. 60+ degree temperatures for almost an entire calendar week and mostly sunny. We knew it was not going to last, but that did not stop anyone in the area from enjoying the weather and treating it like spring. People came out of hibernation and went for walks or rode bikes or motorcycles. You could smell the grilling meats each night starting around 5:30 PM. As someone said, it was a nice reminder of why we like to live here.
