We should always find ways to celebrate the little things in life. What better day to celebrate these little things than the best day of the week? So, here are the things that make this a Fabulous Friday for me this week.
- SPA NIGHT – I vowed to myself that since I work hard, I am going to treat myself more regularly. Tonight, I will be doing so with a mani and pedi. There is nothing quite like rounding out the work week with a relaxing hand and foot massage and pretty nails. Plus, the weather has made a turn for the better and we are definitely entering sandal season. Gotta make sure my toes sparkle!
- THE READATHON – Forget anything else about the weekend. It’s here! It’s here! Tomorrow is Dewey’s 24-hour Readathon, and I can actually participate this time. The family has been warned. I have an unidentified number of potential books and lots of snacks. If the weather is nice, I will go for a walk and listen to an audiobook. Otherwise, I will be roaming around the house with my face in a book or three and enjoy the uninterrupted reading time. Plus all the fun cheerleading stuff. I can not wait!
