I couldn't help it. My love for eyeliners and finally finding tools that work merit more than 140 characters.

(though oily skin might be looking for the right kind of moisture too!) anyway, eyeliners that don't smudge:first trick is to use primers. urban decay, smashbox, nars, mac and a couple more people have eyeshadow primers. though i can't really vouch for them because i haven't tried anything that totally impressed me. second trick is to seal eyeliners (especially if you're using gel or pencil) with an eyeshadow. Like you just draw a line with eyeshadow over the eye you lined. MAC, Bobbi Brown, Clinique do great gel eyeliners. Make Up For Ever has a fabulous product called Aqua Black which is a really cream eyeshadow but it's waterproof—they were designed with water ballerinas in mind. For pencils, I will only vouch for Make Up For Ever Aqua pencils and Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliner pencils. third trick is to use liquid eyeliner. this is the only thing i really really will vouch for. because i have the same exact problem. they can't be used on your waterlines, but they will stick. until you swipe off with a make-up remover. and yes, make up for ever is my favorite because of their thin, thin brush. though l'oreal and palladio have great products too. *bow*isn't there a sephora where you are? or am i htinking singapore?
