Vogue China celebrates it's 10th anniversary issue with a special icons pictorial by famed fashion photographer Mario Testino featuring some of China's top actresses and models including Zhao Wei, Li BingBing, Zhou Xun, Zhang Ziyi, Tang Wei, Liu Wen and Du Juan. The Golden Era of Hollywood themed editorial is lavishly glamorous with a mix of modern and retro touches. The result is unsurprisingly gorgeous and I really like how these images go beyond mere portraits as Testino had his models "perform in character" in front of the camera. My favorite one has to be this first photo of Zhao Wei because it's so playful and beautiful at the same time.
