I had mentioned that we've been watching Doctor Slump and honestly it's become a little spot of weekly sunshine. Doctor Slump is a romantic dramedy that stars Park Shin Hye and Park Hyung Sik as high school rivals who meet again as adults after they have both fall into a slump in their respective careers. They end up striking up a friendship that helps them heal and maybe more. While there is a serious side that tackles depression, I like how it doesn't stigmatize the subject and the friendship that builds between the two lead characters is heartwarmingly sweet. CONTINUE READING ≫
