Exfoliating Homemade Scrub (easiest)

By Avantipatil13 @EverytgabtAnytg

We need to exfoliate the skin often. Due to pollution, improper eating habits and lifestyle out skin grows old faster. If you look in the mirror and feel your skin patchy, dry, flaky then you need to scrub out the dead skin and bring out the new skin underneath it.
Today I will be sharing a homemade scrub which can be made in less than 5 minutes and has really promising effect. Moreover you can use it every alternate day if you want.
Exfoliating homemade scrub (easiest)
Ingredients:
3 tablespoon raw oats (not the processed ones with added flavors and all)Water/honey/curd – oily skinMilk – dry skinRose water - combination skinA pinch of salt.
Procedure:
1.   Grind the oatmeal in a mixer grinder. Make sure you don’t grind it to fine powder. Keep it at a considerable granular level2.   Add a liquid from above which ever suits your skin type.3.   Let it soak for 2-3 minutes.4.   Add pinch of saltNow use this scrub as a natural scrub on your face. Use it for 2-4 minutes It is totally safe to use it. If you have acnes or troubled skin you can skip the salt ingredient.Even then, if you are skeptical to use it, use it as a body scrub for once and then see the difference.
Pros:
·   This scrub removes all the dead skin cells and makes the skin soft
·   Makes the skin clear
·   Removes tan to a certain extent if used regularly.
·   Cheapest exfoliator. :P
·   Moisturizes the skin
·   No side effects - as it doesn’t contain any chemicals
·   You can customize it – for aroma therapy (by adding some fragrances)
Cons:
·   I don’t see any, unless you are too lazy to make this.
