Filter the data so that it shows the cells that you want to paste
Highlight the data and press ALT + ; to select only the filtered data
If you are pasting into an adjacent column – select also the cells to the left or right
Go to the menu/ribbon and on the right click “Fill”
Now click “Left” or “right” depending on where the column is
