Pacific Beer Chat From Backcountry Brewing in Squamish comes their "Everything's Coming Up Milhouse" a West Coast IPA. The beer pours a cloudy orange with a white head. The aroma consists of tropical fruits, sweetness and floral hops. The flavour is of tropical fruit, citrus, sweetness, herbal hops, citrus pith and a low bitterness. The alcohol content comes in at 6% with an IBU of 45. Like everything that Backcountry Brewing does this was one mighty find brew. It was mighty hazy and juicey for a West Coast IPA though.
