For the past few years I have seen numerous launch parties occur for YouTubers releasing books, makeup brushes and clothing. Never in a million years did I think I would be attending one...Last week I headed down to London for an event which is probably the biggest one I have ever been invited to in my little ol' blogging career. A very talented, well-known british YouTuber, Fleur from Fleur De Force was releasing her very own make-up range which is exclusive to Feel Unique. After a quick nip to Brooks & Brooks for a hair makeover (see that post here), myself and Carli dressed in our finest glad rags and were off to Haymarket Hotel for a fabulous evening.
As we entered the hotel, we were shown to a staircase where as we turned the corner, all we could see was pink. The event was in the 'Pool Bar' area of the hotel and was beautifully decorated. Floating candle garlands swam around the pool, giggles occurred in the photo booth, pink candy floss was being devoured and many an alcoholic drink was had. The collection was dotted about the event and looked just as beautiful in the flesh as I had anticipated it to be - everything just seems to work together so well. The highlight of my night was all the lovely people that I could catch up with, and all the gorgeous new faces I got to meet. I was very happy to catch up with Faye, speak to the super inspiring Em, and finally meet Victoria after many years. I could go on and on about all the lovely ladies that I met but I would be here forever, just know that everyone who I spoke to that night were super lovely. It was incredible to meet up with so many beautiful people, I was continuously smiling from ear to ear all night.
