Europe 2016 – Sicily (3)

After Taormina, let me show you some images of Messina, the third largest city in Sicily. It was founded by Greek colonists in the 8th century BC and was originally called Zancle.

Since we only had a couple of hours to visit the city, we chose to stay near the harbor. Piazza Duomo was the perfect spot.
