Method to prepare-
- Take a re-sealable plastic bag and add 3 tablespoon soya sauce, garlic paste, ginger and 2 spoon corn-starch and mix properly after that add chicken and marinate it for approx. 1 hour. Meanwhile you boil the noodles and add 2 spoon oil to keep them non sticky.

- In same pan again add 2 tablespoons oil. Heat until the smoke point, then add the chopped vegetables, saute for 2 minutes then add mushrooms, peas (according to your taste). Cook for 1 minute and then add chicken, 3 tablespoons soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Add 3 tablespoons oil and add chilled noodles. Cook on one side till it get crispy and then flip noodles and cook other side. When done, remove them and place them on a rimmed serving platter with chicken and vegetable sauté and garnish them with green onions.

Century egg & pork rice porridge Follow
Method to prepare-
- Chop up the century egg into small pieces along with the ginger and spring onion and pork. Now coat the pork with some flour.
- Take a saucepan and add 600 ml water along with the rice (wash it before adding). Boil the water and after 10 minutes, add the pork and ginger.
- Add the century egg and chicken stock powder after another 10 minutes. Lastly, gently stir for 2 minutes and transfer the porridge to a dish and garnish it by adding some spring onion over the top.
