So I am listening to y'all and will try and post healthy recipes as much as I can. Here's one for an energizing post-workout smoothie. Hope you guys like it!
Yum-a-licious!
Recipe:
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1 banana
1/2 avocado
2 cups fresh baby spinach
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
1/3 cup raw almonds
5 ice cubes
1/2 cup water
Directions:
Blend and Sip it up!!!
