When you have a choice between a high sugar chocolate bar vs an Energy ball, what would you choose? When you think about it – the chocolate bar will turn straight into sugar in your body and then into fat ( may as well rub it into your thighs!) or a slow release ball of benefits and goodness to keep your energy levels steady, I’d hope you would pick these energy balls. At only 46 calories you could have 5 for the same amount of energy as a regular chocolate bar!
