It's hard to find the right skin care that works for your skin. Some products can be too harsh on your skin, while some are simply ineffective. Thanks to social media, it has become easy to be swayed by a "new and trending"product that claims to give the best effect and give you the skin you never had. It was a mistake of mine to blind buy a retinol cream without doing any skin test first. This resulted in my skin becoming sensitive and acne prone.
I was frustrated. My skin has never been that bad before even after trying different kinds of skin care products to review. So, I decided to leave my skin condition to the professionals; Elevatione Time Stops gave light to my current skin condition and what action I should take.
My first session began with a deep skin consultation using Elevatione Skin Analyzer to know the current condition and problems of my skin and to give me the right treatment that my skin needs. According to Dra. Cathy Pen, my skin is extremely dry (which I already expected haha it's in my genes!), skin's elasticity level is normal but fine wrinkles around the eyes are found, my nose has the largest open pores, and I also have skin hyperpigmentation.
But before I share what treatment I had, let me first show you how elegant and posh Elevatione's clinic is! The ambiance inside is so relaxing, they will also offer you coffee/tea and cookies while waiting for your turn. The staff are friendly and accommodating too!
First Session: Light Therapy with Under Eye Treatment
As per Dra. Cathy, this is what my skin needs the most at the moment and that I should stop using retinol because it will only worsen the state of my skin. Anyway, here's a rundown of what they did to me.

Facial wash: The treatment began with a facial wash to remove any makeup, dirt, or oil from the skin's surface.

Facial steaming : After the facial wash, the skin was prepped for facial steaming to open up the pores and prepare the skin for the microdermabrasion step.

Microdermabrasion : Using a diamond tip , microdermabrasion to gently exfoliate the skin and remove dead skin cells, fine lines, and pores .

Vitamin-enriched mask : Once the microdermabrasion was complete, a vitamin-enriched mask was applied to my skin to nourish and protect it . They left the mask on for 10 minutes to allow the skin to absorb the vitamins and nutrients.

Light therapy : After the mask, light therapy was administered using the Ellipticity 180 machine. The machine has different types of LED lights , including red light for rejuvenation and blue light for antibacterial protection . The light therapy step aims to stimulate collagen production, reduce inflammation, and improve the overall texture and tone of the skin.

Biophoton treatment : To target the under-eye area, I also underwent a Biophoton treatment. This treatment uses low-frequency light therapy to reduce fine lines, dark spots , and other under-eye problems and give an extra lift to the area .

Face serum : Finally, they applied a facial serum to help retain all the vitamins and nutrients from the treatment for long-lasting results.
Second Session: Microdermabrasion with Fire and Ice Treatment
I had a breakout when I had my second session at Elevatione so, Dra. Cathy recommended another go at Microdermabrasion. They pretty much did the same treatment as my first session, the only difference is they gave me a facial massage using vitamin E oil to further promote skin rejuvenation and relaxation . Then I had the following:

The fire and ice treatment follows, which involves using a t emperature-controlled machine to alternately apply heat and cold to the skin .

The heat helps to open up the pores , increase blood circulation, and promote the absorption of skin care products .

The cold helps to tighten the pores, reduce inflammation, and soothe the skin .

After the fire and ice treatment, a moisturizer and sunscreen are applied to protect the skin and prevent further damage from the sun's harmful UV rays.
Third Session: Mesotheraphy
The breakouts I had during the 2nd session were still there when I had my 3rd and last session. But since it's almost healed up, the treatment focused on skin lifting, tightening, and hydrating. Just like the previous sessions, they cleansed, exfoliate, steamed, and massage my face which I definitely enjoyed! To give you further idea, here are the benefits of each step they did to me:

Overall Experience
ÉLÉVATIONE's facial treatment is definitely different to the ones I had before. Each session lasted around 30-45 minutes. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they always make sure that I'm comfortable during the process.
In my first session, the effect was truly noticeable. My skin looked more radiant and vibrant than before. I felt like it was glowing from within. It also feels soft and smooth! One thing I noticed too is how the warts between my brows flatten. Those nasty things have been bothering me for a long time! They don't really grow big but their bumps are really distracting. Thanks to ÉLÉVATIONE, they are nothing but a scar now.
You will notice in my 2nd session that the pimples on my right cheek doubled (it was that time of the month so yeah...). This is where I appreciated the effect of microdermabrasion. When I came in for my 2nd treatment, those pimples were really baaad but, after the session it was like they sucked all the whitish fluid and bacteria out of those pimples and dried them out instantly!
And finally, the last session left my skin nothing but brightness, well hydrated and nourished, faded acne marks, and healthy-looking skin. These treatments are definitely one of the best things I have ever tried because it delivers results. I also have a better understanding of what the treatment entails and how to effectively maintain my skin.
