A few weeks ago Melissa’s Produce brought together members of the media and food bloggers together to launch their newest addition cookbook: 50 Best Plants on the Planet.
As I said earlier this year, I was working to add more produce into my life this year, and with this cookbook by my side, it’s going to happen.
Melissa’s 50 Best Plants on the Planet was written by Cathy Thomas, and dives into the 50 Best Plants. This cookbook has a little bit of everything. Information about these 50 Plants and information on which fruits and veggies have the best punch, which ones are best for your immunity or heart, or are there to soothe your tummy.
Beyond the valuable information found within there are also over 150 Recipes for you to try out with these amazing plants and veggies.

On a side note: I have browsed through this cookbook and it is my new favorite. Some delicious recipes in there and all the information I have ever wanted to know about those produce items I know the names of, but have no idea what to do with. Complete inspiration!
