
Ingredients: (for 3-4 servings)
1. 500 g Penne Pasta
2. 250 g boneless chicken cut into small chunks
3. 1 broccoli cut in small florets
4. 1/4th cup green peas (optional)
5. Grated Go Cheese Pizza Cheese (the more the better)
6.Go Cheese Plain Spread 6 tablespoons
7. 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
8. 1 tea spoon butter (optional)
9. Black pepper
10. Spring Onion (1/2 cup)
11. Garlic (3-4 cloves
12. Tomato paste (2)
13. Oregano
14. Thyme
15. Salt
Boil the penne pasta in a pan with a bit of olive oil. Strain the water and keep it aside. In a pan, take the olive oil and fry the chicken till golden. Add broccoli, peas, 3 cloves of garlic, black pepper and cook till the oil separates. Add Go Cheese Spread, butter, a little water and slow cook till if forms a sauce. Pour the sauce on the boiled pasta and mix well so that it gets evenly spread. Put it on a baking tray and garnish with spring onions and 1 clove minced.

Pre heat the oven at 200 C. Bake the pasta for 20 minutes and you are set for dinner!!
