It's time to clear my fridge again. There is no exact measurements to making this banana tart. I juz throw in whatever ingredients I have on hand! =P Easy Banana Tart Ingredients:Tart base
cookies
oreo crumbs
some melted butter
*Mix all together & press into a tart pan & bake @ 180C for 15mins.
Ganache
50g chocolate
50g dairy cream
*Put chocolate into a bowl. Boil cream & pour into the bowl.
*Spread the ganache onto tart when it is slightly thickens. Placed sliced bananas on top & spread some whipped dairy cream on top.
Very simple & yummy after dinner dessert
