Hello everyone how’s your week going? I had a wonderful start with The Body Shop’s event yesterday. It was held at their store at Select Citywalk mall, Saket.
The Body Shop started their Wood Positive movement last year on Earth Day and to celebrate one year of this successful movement they had this amazing event for bloggers. The movement aims to restore fragile habitats and regenerate land back to its true form to protect the environment in the long term.
It was a super fun event with a lot of activities, food and gifts
I was quite late because I had college and when I reached the store was really crowded!
The whole store was decorated with green and white! Even we were asked to dress in green and/or white for the event! The decorations were AMAZING, I loved them
In the center the display was arranged on a grassy area. It looked really good. There were free makeovers and hand massages for everyone. The hand massage was being done with the recently launched Absinthe collection and it smells just too good
So fresh and naturalThere was also a pledge writing area. We could write our pledge for helping Earth and stick it in the pot!
The food too was all green and white and it tasted as delicious as it looks !
We were given this gift kit at the end, which has the body butter, body wash, body scrub from the Olive range and a bath lily.
It also had this photo cookie which tasted amaziingg
The whole event was super fun
absolutely loved it even better than everything was the fact that the TBS people as well as the PR ones were super warm and made the event great !After the event, my sister and I shopped a bit. I finally bought my first foundation, The body shop’s extra virgin minerals cream compact which I spoke about here!
Ritu had suggested me the Revlon photoready cream compact n it looked lovely but none of the shades matched me
I also got the Colorbar primer!
So all in all, a great day
