Photographer: Edouard Baldus (1813-1889)

Process: salted paper print from paper negative

Note: Boulogne-sur-Mer was the arrival point for Queen Victoria's state visit in 1855. This print comes from an album that Baron James de Rothschild had commissioned for presentation to the imperial court on that occasion.
