Dutch Apple Cake Recipe
This Dutch Apple Cake Recipe is an old-fashioned cake recipe that’s not too sweet.
After my generous neighbor shared a load of beautiful Indiana apples with us, I combed through ways to use them! Through the magic of Facebook, she shared this classic Taste of Home recipe.
Served warm, it really hits the spot! Although it’s called “cake” don’t let the term fool you. It’s almost like a pound cake. I couldn’t get the apple slices to jab into the thick batter so I kind of swooshed them around instead.
