Dunkirk Movie review: Same story, three dimensions, three perspective, one conclusion. Where are we going? Dunkirk.

Plot Summary: During the World War 2 around four hundred thousand allied soldiers got stuck in a beach in France. They were surrounded by Nazi force. They have nowhere to escape. Nolan has taken the historical incident and bullet-ed a cinematic marvel around it.

Dunkirk review:

Dunkirk, after three years of the space travel that left as with Intersteller Nolan is back with another unbelievable cinematic marvel. It is one of the best movies that Hollywood has produced this year.

Nolan is known for his mind boggling screenplay and storytelling. This time he has come out with a rather dull story with extraordinary movie making. The story is not so new a war that shakes the earth how soldiers fight for their life. What works in the movie is the way the story is conveyed.

Nolan has taken three different links that end up at the same point. Few minutes into the film might confuse the watchers (As Nolan does every time), but once the enlightenment happen the movie takes us inside. Especially the last half an hour of the movie is a thrill ride.

Music is the major aspect of the movie, it elevates the story and makes us to feel the scenes. At times we are left with no music but once it picks up we can actually live the scenes rather than watching it. I took the bullets myself when watching the movie (The marvel of movie making).

Cinematography by Hoyte Van Hoytema is perfect to plant the scenes in our mind. Lee Smith's editing helps us to understand the story better. The last half an hour is the perfect example of his hard work.

Above Christopher Nolan's master mind has made a dull story into a memorable experience. It is the experience that any Hollywood lovers don't want to miss. Nolan has added another feather to his hat.
