Duke Nukem: Mass Destruction has sparked a lawsuit from Gearbox Software, but developer Interceptor Entertainment believes the whole mess can be sorted out.
In a statement provided to GameInformer, Interceptor CEO Frederik Schreiber said the company is aware of the lawsuit.
“It’s an unfortunate situation, but we have acted in good faith and are working towards a resolution,” he said.
