Game of Techno. Lord of the Beats. I tried to come up with a clever title for this post and failed. But Belgrade Fortress is so spectacular it does not require a clever title at all, it is simply a truly dazzling location in itself. And to top it off, it contains an epic venue called Barutana. While we were in Belgrade, I discovered that the legendary Dubfire would be playing at the venue and this sounded like a cannot miss it opportunity. Old meets new, medieval fortress meets Dubfire’s sci-fi techno.
It was the first ever electronic music event I have attended in Serbia and I must say I was most impressed. Good venue, good sound, great crowd, great and very friendly security staff and it was just overall a very positive experience. Highly recommended!
