BioWare is evolving how romantic relationships will work in Dragon Age: Inquisition. Whereas previous games have offered only one kind of romance, Inquisition will allow you to end up falling for your heated rival, or simply fooling around with a friend.
The news comes out of PAX East, as reported by attendee LadyInsanity. Players will, of course, be able to fall in love in a more traditional manner.
BioWare also confirmed that series mainstay Cullen will be a potential love interest, as well as Dragon Age 2′s seeker Cassandra Pentaghast. There will be nine companions altogether, and BioWare is remaining relatively tight-lipped about who they will be.
Dragon Age: Inquisition is due for release on PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC this fall.
