Today's fitness post is one of my favorite.A basic yoga pose that can be really underrated , it looks so simple but can be so challenging. It is great to relax your body from all the stress and all the stiff back, calf and shoulders.Do this little post every morning or/and night for a 30 seconds and repeat 5 time. How To:1. Start with your knees and hands on the ground. Wrist underneath shoulders and knees underneath hip.2.Breath in, as you tuck your toes beneath your heels. Breath out, as you lift your hips, forming a downward looking "V".3.Create a straight line between your middle fingers and elbows by spreading your fingers. Straighten your legs by lowering your heels towards the ground. It is okay if your heels can't touch the ground, this might be because you have tight hamstrings , don't push yourself.4. Relax your head between your arms and look towards your legs. Hold this pose for 30 seconds or five deep breaths.Pro (push it)You can hold this pose for more than a minute or work with one leg each time. While working with one leg, raise the other leg towards the ceiling.Rookie (ease up)Try not to push your heels if they can't touch the ground yet.It is okay, just work with your own pace. Be a beginner and don't push it

I am adding up this little beauty bonus, because, I am sure we all take it all out on our eyes with the makeup this festive season. After all the partying and smokey eye makeups , our eyes deserve some break. Place one ice cube on each eye or a frozen tea bag of chamomileThis will take off those bags under the eyes and relief the stress from our sensitive eyes skin.Have a wonderful Hump day dolls.ex oh!
