Today's game took it's toll in a "win" for the Good Guys...
Big Ben left the game after an injury that was very hard to watch... I backed the DVR at least a half dozen times to look at it. It was sorta like watching Theisman's broken leg but not quite... The defender fell square on Ben's heel. So this will either be a broken foot, broken ankle, or a severe high ankle sprain... The words I hated hearing were the same when Bell left last week: "He has left the stadium for further review". That means it's serious, otherwise he would have gotten a shot and remained in-house for the game. Ben is gone for several games if not the rest of the season.
The Monday injury report from the NFL will shed much more light on this issue for all of us.
... I will take this opportunity to state again that I believe Landry Jones is the quality backup we need. He came off the bench cold and made several good passes. A few were brought back due to to offsides and a pick (which was bull****)... The kid knows the playbook and has been sitting just as Aaron Rodgers did in GB.
Jones will undoubtably be the starter against Cleveland next week. He has been gaining experience... The start against KC, and coming off the bench cold today... Do not give up hope!... Never give up! As poorly as this season has started, we are only half way through. ... If nothing else, we can still get a Wildcard. Look at the records.

Just heard that it's a foot sprain. Out for a few weeks. Maybe back after the break?
