As an absolute fan of bands like Coven, Black Widow, Wizard Master, Black Spell, Sonic Demon- in other words gloomy occult doom - I was immediately fascinated when I read the following lines on the cover of the new Double Horse:
"This Record is an exclusive recording under the Spell of Lucifer. If this doesn't belong to you, please stay far away from this. [...] Never play alone, never play in a Graveyard and always say goodbye"
The four-piece from Valencia, Spain have sold their soul to raw and occult-macabre doom. Low and slow, heavy distorted 70's fuzz influenced cult-horror movie sound as it couldn't be better.
Absolutely recommended for anyone who likes their doom devilish and filthy.
