Donna & Tora Instant Body Upgrade

By Hollysbeautybox @hollysbeautybox
Hey everyone!
Back at the beginning of the year, I said i wanted to loose some weight and get healthy.  Since then I've been looking at different programmes online and different apps you can get to help you on your journey.
I was contacted by someone over at Donna & Tora's Instant Body Upgrade and was asked if I wanted to try out their programme and let you all know what I think about it...
Donna & Tora Instant Body Upgrade
This is Donna & Tora above. They both look amazing right?
Both ladies struggled with their bodies and more importantly with food, and so are both fully qualified to teach from experience.  This isn't some sort of crash diet or high intensity exercise, this is all about living healthily and have a good relationship with both food and with exercising.
I was really motivated to try this, so was impressed straight away when I read that both coaches were qualified in different areas and both have helped hundreds of people to reach their goals.  I signed up and got reading through their website straight away..
On each section of the website, there are guides where you can download PDF's - for me, this was a hassle because it meant opening up new documents everytime I wanted to view some information, but actually it can prove to be quite useful, because you are able to print out each section and if you're like me and you like to be organised, I put all of my files into a little binder thing and was able to highlight important sections of information.
The advice itself, is very much 'common sense' but it's common sense that we all forget to use at times, Donna and Tora are regular, normal women who are really motivating and don't use any fancy ingredients to get moving on their plan.
Im a polo-pescetarian and so sometimes not eating certain meats can be an issue because many dieticians gear their diet towards meat eaters. I found that the instant body upgrade gave information for people who are meat eaters and vegetarians, however I would say there was more information for meat eaters. It's hard catering to everyone's needs!
There is also excellent exercise advice in their guides and the most useful part of their site is the fact that you can contact Donna & Tora themselves anytime you need advice. They always respond and you can see user questions and answers on their website.
For me the website offers everything you need to get you started and offers brilliant success stories and motivation to keep you going.
With all of that said, the website lacks a lot of content, I would expect a daily 'blog' on their website where they could talk about new exercises and diet tips on a regular basis, rather than just having the previous articles to work on, because after 2 days, I had read everything and was really craving some more information. A calorie counter, a BMI index, a 'did you know' diet factsheet could all be incorporated into the system and I feel this would greatly improve it.
At £97 this is pretty steep, but I do think this has many advantages for anyone looking to get a step on the healtht living ladder.
