Dutch retro-pop duo Donna Blue rekindle the early Sixties French pop sound on their new single 1 2 3. Danique van Kesteren and Bart van Dalen must have listened to huge stack of France Gall and Francoise Hardy singles in order to get it right on this one. While it comes off as an innocent and upbeat song, it's actually about a relationship going on he rocks through lack of passion.
