This is the 63rd world-famous FOTM Caption Contest!

Taken at a reception for a newly-installed humongous creepy-looking tapestry of Pres. Lucifer in the U.S. Embassy in London. In the Embassy’s tweet of Dec 13, 2013, the tapestry is described as “President Obama casts a warm smile over guests at an event last night.” The tapesty was created by an artist named Chuck Close and was part of a two-tapestry display during last year’s Democratic National Convention at the Mint Museum in North Carolina — the same convention where the delegates thrice voted against God.
