Unlike humans, our companion animals don’t deceive and dissemble. Dogs, especially, wear their hearts on their sleeves.
Rebecca Ehalt was working in Slovenia for two years, away from her home in Murrysville, PA, where her pet schnauzer, Casey, patiently waited for her return.
When Ehalt returned home, Casey whinnied piteously, jumped up and down, and twice fainted from joy.
Casey was taken to the vet and given a clean bill of health. :D
