From Bad Dog Brewing in Sooke near Victoria on Vancouver Island comes their "Dizzy Dogs DBL IPA". The beer poured a deep copper colour with an off white head. The aroma consists of fruity citrusy, melon with floral hops. The flavour is of Citrus, melon, tropical fruit, toffee, herbal hops and a medium bitterness. The alcohol content comes in at 8.3% with an IBU of 84.5. While not a perfect beer it was an enjoyable sip and I see promise with Bad Dog Brewing.
