Maybe you know this information or maybe you do not. This is a great tip that I want to share with everyone. It is for adults and kids, basically anyone of any age.
When you are sick and very congested it's very uncomfortable to breath, especially it's difficult at night. Many people use humidifiers but some can't afford it. I am tired of other people either not trying to use a humidifier or taking lots of over the counter medicine for their congestion, and not helping you at all.

You will buy vapor rub Vicks, candles and pour a small amount on a warmer. Yes you actually the the Vicks and you pour it on top like if it was wax.
While it starts warming it works exactly like a humidifier. Cool huh???? Don't believe me then try it.
For those who never heard about Vicks Medicine, Vicks VapoRub ointment is a mentholated topical cream manufactured by Vicks. VapoRub should only be used on the chest & throat for cough suppression due to the common cold. It is applied often immediately before sleeping. But if you are a Latino. VICKS is used for every and any medical problem lmao!
