Verdict on DinoGator

Recap

The movie follows a rock band shooting a music video in the swamp. However, a rogue scientist has created a cobra-alligator hybrid that has escaped into the swamp. It is hunting anything that moves and it becomes a race to stop it before it kills too many people.

Best Parts

When it comes to low-budget creature features, this works well and delivers the chaos behind it. I found myself thinking the girl rock band was the Hex Sisters from Scooby Doo, which made me laugh at times. This fills the comedy horror collection and mixed ideas of two known animal threats.

Worst Parts

The biggest question mark comes from the creatures’ behavior. One moment, it’s an instant kill, and the later we go through the movie, it becomes more comedic and over-the-top.

Final Thoughts -DinoGator is fun, entertaining and a perfect late-night horror.
