I'm going to preface this review by disclosing a a few personal facts. I don't particularly care for brunch or eating outside. I don't like most breakfast foods. Well the savory stuff is okay but sugar laden and carb heavy pastries, pancakes, waffles and french toast are a no go for me. And the outdoor thing refers more to busy sidewalks bustling with pedestrians and car traffic. I made an exception for brunch at the Public Kitchen because of their mostly non-breakfast menu and their lush enclosed outdoor garden.
