Die Welt, one of Germany’s national newspapers, is celebrating its 70th birthday with a special edition dedicated to the famous German rock musician, author and artist Udo Lindenberg, who will also reach the age of 70 this year.
Illustrations by Lindenberg appear on almost every single page of this special edition.
As expected, the content echoes 70 years of German and world news stories.
This issue is published with a doubled circulation of 400,000 copies.
Advertisers rose to the occasion, with congratulatory messages for Die Welt, some across two full pages.
We have enjoyed this package very much and hope the images here will give you a glimpse of the package.
