Blizzard Entertainment has announced that Diablo 3: Ultimate Evil Edition will be running at 1080p and 60 FPS when it launches thanks to a day one patch. This will bring the game up to the PS4′s standard.
Blizzard associate producer Tiffany Wat stated to GameSpot that, “The game will be available [in] 1080p on both the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One. Native 1080p resolution. You will need to download the day-one patch for the Xbox One to get that support, but it will be there. We’re very happy about that.”
Diablo 3: Ultimate Evil Edition will be out on August 19th for the PS4 and Xbox One and it will include the original game along with the Reaper of Souls expansion.
