MAC Desert Rose Blush
Loving this blush from MAC - I picked it up the other week after feeling my usual blush (MAC Pink Swoon) was a little too 'sweetie pink' now my skin is once again super pale. I wanted something a little more dusky and mellow for the winter months, and this fits the bill perfectly. Rather than applying to the apples of the cheeks, I dust this lightly over my cheekbones with an ankled blush brush.
As you know, I am pretty pale, but this (when applied carefully) blends well and suits my skintone. As with other MAC blushers, it is really buildable and has great staying power. I think this is a lovely, slightly different, winter blush. I'm really into dusky shades at the moment - I just picked up another MAC lipstick in Glamourdaze which I no doubt show you on here soon. It's a perfect 'my lips but better' shade of a slightly dusky pink brown which looks fab for a bit of everyday color.
