Desert Island Styling With FarFetch

By Hollysbeautybox @hollysbeautybox
Hi everyone!
I don't know about you, but I often fantasize about going on an exotic cruise and wonder what I would pack to wear at the same time. Farfetch recently challenged me to put together my desert island style and being the fashion junkie that I am, I was only too happy to oblige! LET'S GO!  Let's imagine I'm going on an exotic Indonesian cruise which involves me flying to Singapore, before cruising between several destinations. Ahh I wish I could go!
Desert Island Styling With FarFetch Flight
I'm a Virgo. I like to be organised. I even plan out what I will wear on the flight for going away. Reason being? I get too hot during take off, cool down throughout the flight and then am roasting when exiting the flight. Layers are my thaaaang. These super stretchy leggings from Lygia And Nanny look really comfy and stylish, teamed with this Raquel Allegra t-shirt and this jumper from 'Closed' will have me feeling comfortable throughout the flight.  I always pack sunglasses, makeup wipes, deodorant, hair bobbles and lip balm. Of course, I need a stunning bag to go with it so, I am lusting over these Dior Liner Sunglasses and this Marséll Travel Bag.
First stop, Singapore. The flight takes roughly 14 hours and there's a 7 hour time difference so I would be all too happy to pop my sunglasses on and sleep through the flight.

Singapore is 31 degrees right now, so once I'm there and have gotten to the cruise boat, I'm gunna want to slip into something cool before exploring the 'city in the garden'. Singapore is no bigger than the Isle Of Wight but it has so much to offer. It's packed full of culture. I had a look at fashion in singapore and the women are so glamorous and bright. So I reckon this bright maxi dress by Derek Lam with these Givenchy heels would be ideal for strolling through the city.

The next day, I would be sailing so my plans would definitely include heading up to the top deck to get some sun. There's something soothing about watching the water so this day would be spent relaxing and drinking cocktails. I'd opt for a swimsuit like this one by Malia Mills and a sarong like this one by La Perla . Accessories include this wide brimmed filú hat and sandals by Common Projects.
The Next Day, I'd arrive at Krakatoa Volcano. This is literally one of the places I've always wanted to see. It last erupted in 2014 and is considered the most dangerous volcano on earth. We would sail round the volcano and are told a few facts about the area before setting sail to Bali!
Desert Island Styling With FarFetch Bali is one of the most exotic places in the world. It's full of culture, dancing, food, spices, beaches and volcanos. I (in my head. What a wonderful place to be LOL) will be here for 2 days so I plan to explore a lot. Comfort is key, so I would wear my swimsuit under some shorts like these ones by MSGM and teamed with this white flap tee from Moncler. I'd team the look with some trainers like these ones by Lanvin.

At night time, I would plan to eat dinner at the beach front and spend the evening dancing with the glamorous women of Bali! The girls over there are really into floral prints and many people in the evening choose to wear floaty maxi dresses. I would opt for one like this from Etro. I'd walk barefoot in the sand and wear my sandals where needed but I'd definitely rock some jewelry like this ring by Melissa Joy Manning and  this Shaun Leane bracelet.
Desert Island Styling With FarFetch Once we leave Bali, we would set sail to Komodo Island. I really want to see a Komodo Dragon but I've heard they're terrifying and can even smell when a woman is on her menstrual cycle so those on their monthlies are asked not to go on to the island itself. It's a really small island which has pink sand (a mixture of white and red sand!) For this, I think I might wear a jumpsuit like this one by Andrea Marques. I would team it with some victoria Beckham sunglasses and Tory Burch handbag.
From here, we would set sail back to Singapore where I would spend a further two nights relaxing, shopping and taking in more breathtaking culture before flying back to the UK. Can you tell this is a dream holiday of mine? haha! I am ready to go.. NOW!
