Great and easy to prepare dessert!
Muffins are among my favorites in the world of sweet temptations. Their chocolate version is prohibited in all diets, but we just love them so we offer an easy recipe to prepare them.
Ingredients:
1 egg
1 cup flour
½ cup butter
½ cup yogurt
5 teaspoons cocoa
½ cup sugar
1 baking powder
1 chocolate (natural or milk, according to personal preference)
Preparation:
Beat the sugar and the egg well with a mixer if possible. Mix the lour, baking powder and cocoa. The butter has to be melted, and then stirred until a homogeneous mixture with the milk. First mix the liquid products and gradually add the flour and cocoa, and finally the chopped to small pieces chocolate. The muffins are baked in a preheated 180 degree oven. Try with a toothpick and if they are ready.
