Two of True Blood‘s fanged favorites have given new interviews this weekend which might possibly provide a few little clues of what is going down during the rest of this season.
Firstly Deborah Ann Woll spoke to TV Guide about the effect the arrival of the mother of all vampires will have on characters in the show.
Woll: I think the arrival of Lilith is going to change everything. It’s going to change everyone, and that certainly includes Bill, it includes Jessica, it includes Russell, it includes Jason. Yes, I think everybody’s going to change with the arrival of such a strong, powerful icon. It’ll be like the second coming of Christ, in a way. This powerful force is actually going to impact her life in a very real way.

Secondly Michael McMillian has spoken to The Wall Street Journal blog about Steve’s return to the action this weekend and gives a little clue about who his maker might (not) be.
Some have theorized that Nan is Steve’s maker. Any comment?
It’s a good theory, but I would suggest that it would be more interesting if the maker was somebody still with us.
He also talks about the future of the show.
How much longer do you think “True Blood” will be around?
I have been shocked to see where the season goes. I think what the writers are doing is a big game changer. They’re setting up for the final act of the series — whether it’s one more season, or two more seasons or three more seasons..i think after viewers finish this year we’ll be heading in a bold new direction. I’m signed on for four more seasons.
And what is in store in the second half of this season.
What can you tell us about the rest of the season?
The second half of the season is really fun. The first half was meant to mislead intentionally.

Only one more sleep until the new episode, and whilst we are always interested the long-term direction of the show, right now we just can’t wait to find what happens with these 2 delinquents below.
