A friend of mine popped me a Facebook message and told me to check out this 17 year old producer named Tennyson out of Edmonton, Canada. Not sure what to expect, but I know when he tells me to check something out it's usually on point. His latest creation is a remix of Daughter's "Smother," and boy did the creativity flow through this one. The kid takes on a journey of jazz, percussion, great vocals from the original, and just a different way to arrange the song. I haven't heard anyone quite experiment on a remix like this before, but it's good. The Canadian producer certainly has a bright future ahead of him.
