Michael Ray Aquino returned home to the brutal glare of news cameras and straight into a detention cell of the National Bureau of Investigation Headquarters June 27, 2011. Aquino, a former member of the now defunct Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Task Force (PAOCTF), was charged with conspiring with other individuals in the investigation on the killing of publicist Salvador “Bubby” Dacer and his driver, Emmanuel Corbito.
